Dr. Daniel Potter

Daniel Potter, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Research at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University. In his role, Dr. Potter oversees the five research centers that comprise KIUR, including the development and build-out of three new research centers focused on housing and neighborhoods, community and public health, and economic mobility and inequality. Dr. Potter is leading the Houston Population Research Center at Kinder, which houses the Kinder Houston Area Survey, which is in its 42nd year
