Advocacy
Members actively weigh in on key issues.
Members operate/make decisions based on consensus as well as some key rules of engagement and communications procedures.
Members form work groups based on public policy issues and concerns in order to draft positions and statements for membership approval.
“When the members feel their participation helps make the work better and we’re a value to them, we’ll know we’re doing this right.”
